About Me

SolveBoard is a personal project — a place where I turn ideas, frameworks, and experience into structured tools for thinking, decision-making, and execution. It reflects how I approach complex problems: by breaking them into systems that are easier to understand, improve, and apply in real life.

Over time, I’ve built methods for classifying work (FLOW), mapping how work unfolds (OneRoute), and turning both into practical, reusable artifacts. SolveBoard is where those ideas live — not as theory, but as tools people can actually use.

This isn’t a startup or a sales platform. It’s a working lab, an evolving library, and a space for structured experimentation.

I’ve spent years thinking about how organizations make decisions, manage complexity, and execute work at scale. I kept seeing the same pattern: people work hard, but the work itself isn’t structured in a way that makes success easy.

SolveBoard exists to change that — by creating clear frameworks, repeatable flows, and decision-ready artifacts that help people:

  • Think more clearly

  • Work more effectively

  • Reduce friction

  • Improve judgment

  • Turn ideas into action

It’s built for people who care about systems, clarity, and practical improvement. If you enjoy thinking about how things work — and how they could work better — you’re probably in the right place.

If something here sparks curiosity, raises a question, or connects to a problem you’re working on, I’m happy to talk.
